Our Projects

At the start of a project, a detailed programme is drawn up and the staff requirements and targets matched to the project programme. Project reviews take place throughout the course of the work when progress and resources are monitored. A conceptual review is also held at the start of a project, when the methodology / work approach and work procedures are reviewed, updated and finalized. Further, the reviews are also carried out at the key dates in the life of the project to identify the need of proactive actions and finally ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the requirements of the consultancy services contract.
